All things said, we had a great sleep on Holy Cow. Anything is better than the bucket seats of the Grand Caravan the night before, right!?
Today is a day of unpacking, organizing and getting provisions for the week ahead and some items for the long haul north. The boat is a mess. Have you ever moved? Remember those days of unpacking, organizing, re-organizing, and then suddenly everyone is "hangry" and all you have in the refrigerator is condiments. This is our Sunday. The kids and I pack up and head to Walmart with a obscenely long list to accomplish. This gives Gord some time to think and to organize without his family underfoot.
The kids are troopers. In fact, I don't think I could have done the day without them. They were a huge help. I think we were four hours running errands and there wasn't a squawk out of them. We ended our task list with a stop at Tropical Smoothie which may be my new

favourite stop. Delicious, nutritious and a kid approved menu. We arrived at the boat with a Caravan full of supplies. The remainder of the day was productive getting our supplies tucked away for the days and weeks ahead.
Oh and in case you were wondering how the dogs are fairing in all this chaos... They're fine!
Ok, I am ready for pics of the boat, adventures. Prefer none with gord in bathing suit though - just saying.
